B: Yeah, I guess my outits are too casual. Sorry about that.

A: では、T-shirts and ジーンズややめてくださいね。

B:  Yeah, I promise I'll dress up better for work from now on.

A: それは良かった。ありがとう、トム。

A: Come on in.

　➡ 温かみのある迎え方です。Come in. だとフォーマルなビジネスの場で使います。冷たい印象です。

B: Good morning. 

A: Good morning.

B: You wanted to see me, right? 

A: Yes, we need to talk about your outfits for work. They're pretty casual.

　➡ we need to talk about ~ というアプローチの言葉を本題の前にいれて話しやすくします。

　➡ pretty casual と pretty を加えることによって断言を避けて「ちょっとカジュアルですね～」というニュアンスをだしています

B: Yeah, I guess my outits are too casual. Sorry about that.

A: Well, Just make sure you avoid T-shirts and jeans, OK?

　➡ Just make sure you dress up. も使えます

B: Yeah, I promise I'll dress up better for work from now on.
